About twenty members of the our club met on January 7 to meet up after the holidays and celebrate the gift of gab with coffee, tea, and the best apple crumb cake you have ever put into your mouth! Jennifer Crawford was our birthday girl for the day, tiara included (see picture on back cover), and was serenaded with a lovely rendition of “Happy Birthday to You” by all of the attendants. The event itself took place in the beautiful home of Virginia Damm, who made sure all guests were comfortable and happy. The FAWCO raffle drawing took place with Sara Grepp as the official winner and several runners-up as a precaution. All in all, it was a wonderful way to catch up and charge our batteries for the upcoming year.
