The club offers a variety of events to its members throughout the year. Members receive email invitations for those events and are kindly asked to RSVP by logging in to the website with their personal credentials. All upcoming events can be found on our club calendar. The Assistant Activities Chair would work closely with Rachelle/ our elected Activities chair and help fill in during busy times or even take over recurring tasks during the year 2017.
· Check incoming event requests from members, board and activity/ group leaders to see whether events overlap
· Help in setting up the event as needed
· Check regularly with board and activity group leaders whether there are upcoming events that need to be added to the calendar
· Add events, workshops and seminars to our website calendar tool
· Send out invitations to members with the calendar tool on our website
· Check attendance and inform event hosts about feedback
· Inform Secretary for newsletter and Membership Chair for Social Media and website on upcoming events
