UN Advocacy
As an UN-accredited NGO, FAWCO has UN representatives in several cities, where they represent FAWCO and advocate for projects and laws that directly affect gender equality and human rights. They also promote the SDGs and awareness of the goals. Since 1997, FAWCO has had special consultative status with the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).
