Any proposed agenda changes or additions must be submitted in writing to the President by January 18, 2019. No proposals will be taken from the floor so that business can be completed in a timely manner.
Specific questions concerning the 2019 Proposed Budget should be presented in writing to the President by January18, 2019.
An email will be sent latest 30 days prior to the AGM with the following documents – the Agenda, the 2018 Annual General Meeting Minutes, the 2019 Slate of Candidates, 2018 Expected Final Budget and the 2019 Proposed Budget. Please be aware that the payment of €39 dues for 2019 is required in order to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Please transfer your dues including your full name to American Women's Club of Hamburg, Sparda Bank Hamburg: IBAN DE75 2069 0500 0000 9117 71, BIC GENODEF1S11 after January 1, 2019 to simplify the bookkeeping. Payment of dues in cash at the AGM is unfortunately not possible.
Announcements
Dinner: Potluck! Please bring finger foods to share; either an appetizer or dessert that can be eaten without utensils. Coffee and mineral water will be provided.
Silent Auction: We will hold a Silent Auction to benefit the FAWCO Target Project of the 2019-2022 Target Progam Health. All donations are greatly appreciated! You may bring your donation directly to the AGM (please arrive 15 minutes early) or drop them off at Carol's home in the week before the AGM.
