If you realize you're unable to attend an event, make sure to update your RSVP before the sign-up deadline, or else you may be asked to pay for the event in full unless a substitute is found. If you're having issues RSVPing for events and activities, contact our Membership Chair at membership@awchamburg.org.

You are cordially invited to join us for our annual Thanksgiving Dinner as we celebrate and give thanks with family and friends. AWCH will also provide salads and bread.
You are kindly asked to bring a side dish (8–10 portions), e.g., mashed potatoes, dressing, vegetable dish, cranberry sauce, cornbread. We have enough registrations for desserts, but are still in need of side dishes. Please feel free to bring a bottle of wine or your favorite drink for your own enjoyment. Indicate your side dish, along with how many are in your party, when you register for the event. Also make sure to bring serving utensils and to label your dish for easy return! We also ask for assistance with set up, buffet stocking, and clean up. Cost: This dinner is free for AWCH members and their family. You can invite a maximum of 2 nonmember guests. Your friends are welcome and the fee for non-members is €15 per person. As of Oct. 30th, non-family guest registrations are closed. There are still spaces available for members and their families. Advance payment via bank transfer is requested.
RSVP: November 13. Participation is limited. Please sign up early to ensure your place. We look forward to celebrating with you and giving thanks.
