Join us for an afternoon to learn about kombucha! What is it? What does it taste like? And how can you make it at home?

Stephanie will show us the simple steps for making kombucha in your own kitchen. It’s a healthy and tasty fermented drink that’s very popular in the US but hard to find in German stores and restaurants. It’s made from black tea but tastes like a fizzy, fruity, tangy soda or Schorle. You can read a bit about it here.

What: An afternoon for kombucha tasting, blending some of your favorite flavors, and learning how to start brewing at home. You will leave with your very own "scoby," the magic ingredient for kombucha
