Want to know what young artists are thinking about and making these days?

Join us for a curator tour of “Food,” one of a series of exhibitions curated by four Hamburg art students who call themselves “Gruppo Motto” and were awarded the use of a Hamburg gallery space for a year.

As in their previous exhibitions focusing on basic categories of human experience, the works shown this time have been selected from a large group of international submissions and represent a “menu” of responses and associations with the theme of food in different media.

Our guide will be co-curator Julia Koch, a master’s student specializing in “Time Based Media” under Professor Simon Denny at the HfbK, Hamburg’s university of fine arts.

With the motto “Only dull knives are dangerous,” this exhibition is bound to be fun and provocative.

Afterwards, there are a number of restaurants at Gänsemarkt if you would like to enjoy food and drink with the other attendees.
