Barre Workout Class: Sculpt & StrengthenAre you ready to elevate your fitness routine? Join us for an invigorating one-hour barre workout class at YouPila in Eppendorf. It will have you feeling strong, toned, and energized! This class is perfect for all fitness levels and blends ballet-inspired movements with strength training and core-focused exercises to sculpt and define your entire body.
