The time around menopause is one of the significant transitions in every woman's life. You are well into your forties or at the beginning of your fifties, and you carefully watch what is happening in your body. You probably feel uncertain, and you try to find information. Although October 18 is World Menopause Day, the German health system offers little menopause support. 

This exclusive AWCH workshop will help you understand the psychological challenges of this transition phase and maybe find a new way to embrace yourself as a woman, wherever you are in life.

Anna Sizorina, a psychological counselor and therapist, is inviting you to attend this special event to make sense of the psychological aspects of menopause and how they are connected to the changes happening in your body. This is good workshop for everyone,  this worshop is psychological then medicinal , for women in the 40 to 50 age group.
