If you realize you're unable to attend an event, make sure to update your RSVP before the sign-up deadline, or else you may be asked to pay for the event in full unless a substitute is found. If you're having issues RSVPing for events and activities, contact our Membership Chair at membership@awchamburg.org.

Details:  Studio 42’s Birthday Gala
Studio 42 is turning 3 and we want to celebrate with you! To show our gratitude, we’re making Tacos and giving away a bunch of gifts! Let us know if your coming for food or just to party! The party starts at 6pm with art activities for kids and adults and is open to anyone until the food is served. At 7pm the taco buffet will open at which point kids are welcome to stay and eat and ticketed guests can come to eat tacos galore! The cover charge for food is 22€ (10€ for kids to 16 y.o.)
RSVP online at Studio 42's website. Please message Studio 42 for a family discount! At 8:15pm the doors are open to all guests who will be treated to snacks drinks! Raffle: we are so grateful to our generous expat creatives and friends for donating amazing gifts for our raffle. Tickets will be available to purchase at the event and will cost 1€ per ticket. Ticketed guests who are eating at the buffet will receive 2 tickets included in the cover charge. Silent Auction: upon arrival, guests will be given an ID number to use to bid on auction items anonymously. There will be a sheet of paper to write your bid on using your ID number. Toward the end of the event, bidding will close and we will announce the winners. Curious what will be available at the auction? We’ll keep you posted on FB and Instagram.
