Details: Stress, Tiger and the Pandemic: Workshop on stress, meaning and copingImplementing strategies for prevention and promotion of mental health is one of the major objectives of WHO comprehensive mental health action plan. Psychological stressors associated with COVID-19 pandemic may or may not have a lasting effect on you. This workshop will help you to understand stress, its negative and positive sides, its relationship with physical health. Our goal is to make meaning of our emotional reactions during the COVID-19 pandemic. We will close up with the discussion of what can we do to stay healthy in our minds and in our bodies.
Interested? The workshop will take place on Zoom on Thursday, February 18, 10.00 to 12.00. The chat room will be open starting at 9:30. Come early to catch up. Please register to the event in order to receive the Zoom link. |
