If you realize you're unable to attend an event, make sure to update your RSVP before the sign-up deadline, or else you may be asked to pay for the event in full unless a substitute is found. If you're having issues RSVPing for events and activities, contact our Membership Chair at membership@awchamburg.org.

Details: Save the date of our
Please save the date and join us for an in-person picnic to celebrate the end of our "Every Mile Counts" fitness challenge. All members are invited - regardless of their participation - to come and enjoy the last bit of good summer weather with great company! Due to current regulations, we will be checking everyone for the three "G's" (vaccinated, tested, or recovered) with photo ID. The regulations and present situation will force us to be a bit creative and mindful about socializing, but we can do this! Our hygiene plan has been approved by the health administration. We need to know: 1) Names of attendees and ages of children, 2) Number of picnic lunches needed. Cost: Free for all members and family members; 5 Euros for non-members More information to follow upon receipt of an RSVP. (If you have already RSVP'd on the AWCH website, you will be contacted).
