Details: Halloween Party – Fall in the Country
REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED! If you are interested in being put on the waiting list, please send an email to Carol at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Join AWCH for a country Halloween celebration with farmers' golf, costume competition, pumpkin carving, corn ma(i)ze, farmer's market, yummy cakes and more. We will be meeting at Hole 1 at Farmers' Golf Course for 10-rounds of golf. If we are lucky, and the corn labyrinth is still standing, the more adventerous can chase spooks in the ma(i)ze. After the reward ceremony for the best costumes and light refreshments, it will be free time to explore the farmer's market, climb the hay bales, buy a Halloween pumpkin and carve it on the spot, or indulge in some of the delicious cakes on sale. There is lots of fun things to do and see in this Pumpkin Paradise in the country, meaning on weekends it can get pretty crowded. Our golf slot at 2 p.m. is reserved and we will have a few "necessities" in our small wagons. You may want to bring a blanket or a light chair to sit down. Limited picnic tables available. AWCH will cover the cost of the farmers' golf, but will not cover food, pumpkins, and goods bought at the store. Our destination is about a 35-min drive from Hamburg city (see below). Persons with COVID-19-typical disease symptoms or with direct contact with a person suffering from COVID-19 are asked to stay home. By attending this AWCH event, there is a possibility that you will appear in group photos used on our digital channels and/or in our printed material. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this, please let the event organizer know ahead of time.
