Join us in exchanging cookies and holiday joy!

As the days grow darker and candlelight warms our homes, we welcome you to participate in the essence of the annual AWCH Cookie Exchange. Let us put our aprons on and see if we can’t bake up some seasonal cheer to spread to our fellow members this year!

The intent is to keep to a simple structure: sign up for the event, decide how many exchange partners you would like to have, and we will pair you with members in your general area via email.

As a general guideline, we ask that people consider giving around 2 dozen self-baked or bakery-made cookies to each exchange partner. The cookies may consist of one or more varieties. Bakery purchased items need to be sealed at the bakery. (Although the Covid virus is not passed via baked goods, we want to be sensitive to this concern.)

In your package you may also include a poem, a favorite cookie recipe, a card, piece of artwork, etc. Finally, arrange a brief in-person exchange, a drop off, or mail your baked goods to each exchange partner.

All drop-offs, exchanges, or packages need to be arranged/posted by Wednesday, December 22.
