Please join us for a tour in English by Prof. Susanne König to TOYEN at the Hamburger Kunsthalle. Initiated by the Kunsthalle and travelling to the National Gallery in Prague and the Musée d’Art Moderne in Paris, this is the first comprehensive retrospective of the work of Marie Čerminova (1902-1980), an influential member of the Surrealist avant-garde in Prague and Paris who adopted the gender-neutral pseudonym Toyen at the age of 17. This is a 2G+ event with medical masks required. Please sign up by Wednesday, February 2.
