You are cordially invited to join us for our annual Thanksgiving Dinner as we celebrate and give thanks with family and friends.

Admission is free for AWCH members & their families, but please RSVP soon, as attendance is limited. 

Food: The AWCH will provide delicious turkeys & gravy and rolls. You are kindly asked to bring a side dish (e.g., mashed potatoes, stuffing, vegetable dish, cranberry sauce, cornbread, but no green salads) to share with others. The dish you bring should serve a minimum of 8 people. Also make sure to bring serving utensils and to label your dish for easy return! As a polite gesture to those with dietary restrictions, please indicate ingredients (nuts, gluten, pork, milk products) on a card to be placed next to the dish. **We especially need plenty of mashed potatoes!**

Drink: AWCH provides water, juice, coffee, and te. Please feel free to bring a bottle of wine or your favorite drink for your own enjoyment.

Can you help? We also ask for assistance with set up, food warming, and clean up. Please let us know if you are willing to help by filling out this quick form. Thanks in advance!

Donations: This is our annual Hamburger Tafel donation event. Please bring along groceries that will be given to people in need within the Hamburg Community. 

When: Saturday, Nov. 18, at 16:00

Where: DESY. Send us a note if you'd like help arranging a carpool. We will email a map and directions closer to the day. 

Cost: This dinner is free for AWCH members and their family, including partners and children

Guests: If there is still space, we will open the event to friends at €17 per person. Please contact Nanci S. to be put on a waiting list.
