If you realize you're unable to attend an event, make sure to update your RSVP before the sign-up deadline, or else you may be asked to pay for the event in full unless a substitute is found. Business Agenda
The business meeting will be followed by a Potluck and Social Hour! Let's take this time to opportunity to meet each other and to see what our club has to offer for 2023! You will be able to learn about many of our groups and activities. For the potluck, please bring finger foods to share: either an appetizer or dessert that can be eaten without utensils. Wine, apple juice, coffee, tea, and mineral water will be provided. Dates to note: Sunday, January 8, 2023: The following documents will be sent electronically and will posted on the bottom of this page: the 2022 AGM Minutes, the 2022 Final Budget, the 2023 Proposed Budget, the 2023 Slate of Candidates, and the Nominations for the 2023 - 2024 Local Charity. Sunday, January 15, 2022: Deadline for any proposed agenda changes or additions and/ or any questions to the 2023 budget to be submitted to the board. No proposals will be taken from the floor so that business can be completed in a timely manner. Thursday, January 19, 2022: Last day to RSVP on this website by pressing the yes button below, or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the subject: 'AGM registration'. Last day for the club to receive membership dues. Please be aware that your 2023 annual dues payment of €45 (plus €5, if you have signed up for printed edition of Currents) is required for you to vote and attend the AGM. This payment must be booked on our account by January 19th.
