Dumpling Making Fundraiser

Our member Weibin has generously offered to share her expertise and teach us how to make authentic  Chinese dumplings. She will open her lovely home and spacious kitchen to us. We will learn how to chop the fresh ingredients, roll out flat circles of dough with a Chinese rolling pin, fill the circles using chopsticks, pinch and twist the circle for the iconic dumpling shape, and boil and  fry. Just like a TV cooking show, the dough, the base of the fillings and dips will be prepared, but Weibin will explain the procedure and give recipes.

The cost will cover a small fee for the ingredients and the remaining amount will be donated to our local charity, the 5th Autonomous Hamburg Women's Shelter.

Participation is limited to 8 members.If you sign up after the limit has been reachen, you will be placed on a waiting list.

The official AWCH no-show and cancellation policy will be in effect.
