Triangle of Well-Being: Body, Mind, and Relationships

The FAWCO Target Program is Health. The AWCH will focus on The Health of Women in our new Women's Circle. A Women's Circle is a safe place for women to come together. The aim is to bring women together to learn, discuss, share, empower and of course inspire each other. The topics covered will be varied but focus on women's health in the various forms that it takes. The first Women's Circle will be a workshop on the relationship between your body and mind and how that impacts your health. And of course a little about FAWCO.
