Dim Sum Lunch

Dim Sum in Chinese means points to the heart.

Most of the dim sum dishes are steamed, they come in small little portions and can also be treated as appetizers. They can be made up of shrimp dumplings, fried wonton, steamed rice noodles, roast pork, or stuffed with beef -- just to name a few.

A dim sum is a popular event on Saturdays and Sundays ... however, nowadays restaurants serve them daily. The restaurant we are visiting makes them close to the way they're made in Hong Kong, making the restaurant very popular.
